Beef Roast in a slow cooker

“This beef is cooked slowly with Worcestershire sauce, BBQ sauce, and spices. SO EASY! Set it up in the morning and you will have dinner ready when you get home. No mess in your kitchen. Use the sauce over egg noodles or rice.”

Ingredients

  • 1 (2 pound) beef round roast
  • 2 large carrots, chopped
  • 1 large onion, thinly sliced
  • 2 stalks celery, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • ground black pepper to taste
  • 1/2 cup Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/2 cup barbeque sauce

Place beef round roast in slow cooker, then add carrots, onion, and celery. Season with garlic powder and black pepper. Pour Worcestershire and barbeque sauce over meat and vegetables. Cook on Low until the meat is tender, 6 to 8 hours.

Pepper Steak Stir- Fry

INGREDIENTS:

1 Lrg Peice of Sirloin Steak

1 Lrg Onion

1 Lrg Green Pepper

Fresh Gralic

1 8oz. can of Tomato Sauce

Worcestershire Sauce

Salt

Pepper

Sugar

DIRECTIONS:

Slice steak into thin strips.

Saute in olive oil and add fresh garlic.

Add pepper, onion and mushrooms and saute for 10 minutes.

Add tomato sauce, 3 drops of Worcestershire sauce and a pinch of sugar.

Salt & pepper to taste, cover and simmer on low for 20 minutes.
