Escargot at home

I recently had escargot for my first time at home, and I have to say it was good!  We used a baking dish similar to the Staub Snail-Dish you can find in our retail store.    Mixed with some garlic and butter they are quite good.   I was apprehensive about trying snail but my dad brought them home to cook after his fishing trip, and we ate them.
