Thanksgiving Recipes and Ideas

Here is a recipe for Cornbread Pudding that my grandmother gave me.   You will need:

Ingredients

  • 2 boxes of cornbread mix
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 cans of creamed corn
  • 2 cans of regular corn
  • 4 tablespoons of butter
  • 1 16oz tub of sour cream
  • the ingredients specified by the cornbread mix  (oil, egg, etc)

KitchenWare You Need:

Combine all ingredients in a large mixing bowl, and stir together until the cornbread mix is dissolved.  Pour the entire mix into a large non-stick pan and cook in the oven for 45 minutes at 400 degrees.

Remove and allow to cool and set for 5 minutes.    This recipe makes enough for a dinner of 8 – 10 people and it reheats well for Thanksgiving Leftovers!
